Raman Graduates 8th Grade

On Thursday June 1st Raman had his graduation ceremony from Tierra Buenna.  Raman, Milton, Karan, me, his Gramma, Grampa, Dad and Aunt and Uncle came to the house and we headed off to see him walk the stage.

 Of course here are the kids looking so thrilled to get their pictures taken.

 We were watching his graduation and they started announcing awards.  Little did we know that Raman would win the Principal's Award for most improved student overall.  Raman had some struggles at school early on and I was so happy to see how far he had come I was crying so hard when they finally announced his name.  I am so proud of him!

Here is a pic of the cake we got for his after party. Everyone headed back over to the house to eat pizza and have some cake.  Raman got some clothes from his Dad and Aunt and some $ from his Gramma and Grampa.
